It can keep you quiet, but it can't make you breathe.
Get a pulse oximeter that will log
I tried a chin strap last night and it kept my mouth closed. Cost $9.95,
about 1/100 the cost of the better CPAP machines.

Yes Andrew is much more, but pepper jelly is still all Andrew.

I am so much more than just the pepper jelly guy. On Sunday I cooked up
some blueberry jam with just 4 ingredients: blueberries, sugar, pectin,
and lemon juice. Turned out quite well.

I have seen ads for "mini cpap" that you can pack anywhere.

...eh...
I expected to hear Andrew give some fine data experience on CPAP and
pepper jelly. There's gotta be a better gig than this klunky machine?
i.e. how was apnea managed 50 years ago or 200 years ago? And,

I see places online where you can buy them for $300-$900 or outright. The

Originally the way it was supposed to go is I went in for study, if it came
back had the issue half way thru they would put the mask on. Insurance would
not pay for treatment portion so the first sleep study was just monitor. Had to
go back for a 2nd one with the cpap all night. They had 4 diffe
Might have been simpler just to ask who has not used a CPAP machine. I just
dusted mine off, having put it aside several years ago. My problem now is
excessive dry mouth that wakes me up every hour on the hour practically.
Initially, it was because of sleep apnea and snoring, which SWMBO

People who can use pillows seem to love them. If they sleep like me with face

Go to the Drs office and ask for a copy of the sleep study.
Mine was like four pages, interesting reading.
The pressures determined in the sleep study are a good starting point,
but you can do a better job titrating your pressures over a period of weeks
than the sleep tech can do based on one n
No the dr called yesterday and said he had the results. All he said was the
goal was to find the proper pressure and they did that. That was all he said.
After I talk to the supply company I will probably call back and ask for more
info and shop it around.

Companies like Resmed have minimum prices for authorized dealers to sell at.
The online places sometimes sell 'open box stock' and similar to
sell below the minimum.
Your DME (I assume your Dr's office chose them for you?) is likely to
call you up and say 'we have your machine ready' as if it's

figured the prices of these things gets jacked up for insurance to pay for.

If you get one with good data logging, you can view the results on a computer.
Like my Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset.
If it senses and responds to your Apnea/Hypoapnea events, you can adjust the
prescription over time for the best results. I was prescribed 9-12 CM of water
for pressure levels. I e
