I just know when i was looking for one for the 60x engines they were not
available at that time in the US.

I bought my locking tool from Rusty about 2 years ago, for around
$30--MB original tool. I also have a copy (Sir tools?) which came in
a lot of MB tools on ebay. It's not as nicely finished, but does work
well.
