I have an offer to trade an 85 SEC for my nice 87 300SDL. They
appear to be worth about the same, although the high retail of the
SEC is higher than the SDL. If i traded even up, would the SEC be
easier to sell than the SDL? If not, I should pass. I am just

boy, thats a hard one, I would keep the SDL if it was me unless you love
SEC's and this one is equal or better condition wise to the SDL.

I don't know what the situation is now, but when gas was $4 a gallon you
couldn't give away a 500 or 560 SEL. I think the SECs took a big value hit too.
