I did find my model on sears parts of all places, but not maytag, go figure. It appears everything is under the washer and not accessible from the top. Maybe I will try pulling it out and taking it apart from the bottom. These do not appear to be nearly as repairable as other/older models. htt

I also use a push pin with a plastic top, BUT what I like about the tool is that it is extendable, so you can see exactly where the stream is going to go when you adjust. You insert the pin and extend the wand till it touches the windshield. With the push pin, you aim, squirt, get wet, re-adjust

I use one of those little push-pins, a tack with the plastic top. Just the right size and stiff enough to move the nozzle around. A bread tie wire curved to about 1" diameter seems to slide in the nozzle way down into where the hose hooks up, and is good for cleaning out the dried goop that p
