Had a similar problem with '83 240D. Couldn't find the slow leak. Tightened "all" the hose clamps a half turn or less. Hasn't leaked since. Never did find the leak. This Zerex antifreeze doesn't have as much dye as Prestone, which might be why it's harder to spot a leak. I use a Craftsman f

Yea, I think the fans is what caused it to run hot and maybe puke some of the fluid quicker than usual, but its still been loosing coolant for a while. It will get down to where it turns on the light probably every 2 weeks, maybe 3. I filled it up yesterday to the fill line and wife drove car
