The fact that the HHR was damaged and impounded would suggest the kid did not
outrun the cops. That couldn’t have ended well.

Hit hard enough to break the knuckle I wouldn't trust the wheel

Forgot to mention, will also need a CV axle as well, it messed that up
when the knuckle broke which pulled it out of the transmission.
