On the front side of the inner fender on the drivers side. Kinda
straight back from the headlight.
It is about 2 inches (50 mm) wide by 6 inches (150 mm) long

Depends on the car. GP relay (incl. fuse) are on the
fender in the later ones, relay's under the dash
in the earliest key-starters. For those (and the
knob-pull jobs) the fuse is on the firewall.
