of GCC was set at 3.3.0 at the time it was 7 years old.
I'm proposing bumping it to 4.1.0 which is almost 9 years

I'm proposing bumping it to 4.1.0 which is almost 9 years
old since its used in RHEL 5 which is still supported.
For the
