is due to the efforts of the List's Ken Newton.
Take a bow, Ken!

Hi, all,
Not to take anything away from this great looking rock; what is the
oriented feature?
Is that a rollover rim that seems to be circling the upper edge? (if it is,
a close-up would be nice!)
Or is there something a bit more intricate than what can be seen in the
photo?
Cheers,
Pete
Amazing slab, amazing videos!
Thanks, Ivan!
I feel like such a wimp now, etching outside with my mask, goggles, rubber
gloves up to my elbows, and a fan blowing the fumes down wind!
Am I the only one who expected a skeleton hand polishing the slab in the
last video? ;)
(Oh, those Russians!)
Hi, all,
Here's another one selling common filth as expensive meteorites on eBay -
with some victims making bids, too:

The second one is pretty cool, but it seems to be overloaded in all but the

Does anyone else get that deja vous feeling?
It wasn't long ago when the planet was in panic from the experts
prediction about the approaching doom of Y2K - toasters refusing to toast,
and planes falling from the sky...
A lot of money was made by some back then!

Hi, all,
I'm not a chemist, but the way you wrote that, it might be misinterpreted by
some to identify Isopropyl alcohol is the same as Ethanol, which it's not.
The connection to each other is that both have been referred to as rubbing
alcohol.
An education for me, too!
