Anyway, it doesn't take amounts paid into consideration at the moment.

If they are switching the system dates, that can definitely cause some
issues . Mifos is not built to support that so there may be unforeseen
issues, so I HIGHLY recommend not changing the dates constantly. If you
feel you must, please post why and we can help with some possible
workarounds

Please read the mifos installation instructions. Mifos requires that you
run Tomcat 6.0. That may be your issue.
