Your system is probably not configured for multicast. Try 'route delete 224/4'. If it helps, set multicast_host=YES in rc.conf.local and reboot. This should probably be mentioned in the manual for dhcpd/spamd. This isn't required for pfsync/carp and some of the routing daemons which specifically s
