I was making some research in my free time about the different TCP
congestion avoidance
algorithms and I couldn't find what OpenBSD uses in the current versions.
I know that GNU/Linux uses CUBIC and that OpenBSD used NewReno,
but how it works know? can you select an algorithm manually
with any

transfer, this method it's not the standard so I wrote to
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]" and "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" as explained in
www.openbsd.org/orders.html to get info about the procedure to pay the
CD sets and I didn't get response of my e-mai
