If we want to use a modifier system like Traktor (which, I totally
disagree with, by the way) we could generate the necessary javascript
on the fly. If a user wanted to modify it directly we could output a
full MIDI mapping which is not directly importable back into the
modifiers system.

obvious to that one can use the Learning Wizard to map a controller.

I spent last night hacking a bit on our MIDI-learn dialog.
The got rid of the 'map every control' workflow and now you either:
1) Click the control in the Mixxx GUI you want to map.
2) Pick the control you want to map from a list.

I've noticed that my layout doesn't allow to drag&drop tracks to a
playlist/crate. My idea would be to show a list of all playlists/crates
when a song is draged to the tab.
