o Actually change the default kernel from 'linear' to something else.
o Implement Keys' 4th-order cubic kernel --- as 'cubicK4' ---

I am interested in creating MPEG2-PS files. Is it possible to do it
with MJPEG tools? If so please let someone give me a hint on how to do

Someone has found a bug/problem (and included a patch) in the lavpipe
list with more thatn 32 segments.
