It is a bit messy, but if you capture good quailty avi's, you can then
run them through mplayer with the -vo jpeg switch to get indiviual
frames as jpegs. just remeber to have lots of drive space for this.

Last I checked Virtrualdub is only on windows.You could try running the
YUVStream through Mplayer, I believe it will playit, ( the yuvstream
uotput is broken in it as of rc3), and if it can play it it can convert
it(even RP).
