Thank you,
I got it to open, but it reverted back to a much older 'history' of my database.
I think you mentioned that Mnemosyne automatically creates backups. In my
'backups' folder, however, the latest backup I have is from Feb 2013. Am I
looking in the wrong folder?
Thanks again,
Jeremy
Unfortunately, this doesn't solve my problem.
What if I were to simply uninstall and reinstall Mnemosyne, and then use one of
the saved backup files?
Would that work?
Thanks again. I appreciate your help,
Jeremy

Thank you very much for your advice.
Yes, this error is preventing me from opening Mnemosyne.
I tried to follow your advice, and delete the config file, but after doing so,
I still get the same error.
Do I need to delete all of the config files, or just a particular one? Is there

Thanks Timothy,
Actually, I was able to fix my problem by just updating my computer's clock.
My cell phone and computer were on completely different times, which is what
must have been causing the issue (I don't know why I didn't think about it
before...). I simply changed my computer's clock t
Greetings,
I was wondering if anyone could tell me why the number of cards I need to study
differs so greatly between Mnemoysyne and Mnemododo.
This morning, when I used Mnemododo, I had over 200 cards to study, but when I
upload everything to my computer and use Mnemosyne, the number I need to

Hello,
Currently, all of my mnemosyne files are on my computer's hard drive, and it
doesn't seem like my computer is going to be around much longer (coming up on
six years of running this beast), and I would be crestfallen if my computer
should one day decide to just die on me, and (along with
I couldn't find my old file... but it's okay. I got everything working
properly, so that's good enough. Now with the ability to study anywhere,
catching up to where I was won't be so bad.
Thanks again for all of your guys' help. This app is a godsend. Thanks Tim!

Hello Peter,
Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be what happened. When I installed the new
version, the deck I was using with the old version wasn't automatically
imported, and I'm not sure where to find the file to manually import it. The
only one I can find is an old one with 'no history.'

Thanks Tim,
I downloaded and installed the latest version of Mnemosyne, but now when I try
to run it I get an error...
'This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual
way...'
and it closes.
Any idea what's going on? I hope this doesn't mean my current decks and thei
I don't seem to have that option. Under 'settings' in the toolbar, there are
only two options; 'show toolbar' and 'configure Mnemosyne.' And in the
configuration menu, there is nothing about plugins; only options to display how
the card are displayed.
I'm using ver 1.2.2. Perhaps that's the pro

Hello,
I seem to be having trouble installing a plugin.
I recently downloaded and installed mnemododo, but I can't export any of my
cards from my PC to my phone, because I can't get the mnemogogo plugin to 'turn
on.'
I put the mnemogogo plugin file into my .mnemosyne/plugins directory, but it
