You can try Prizmo or Text grabber. Howeverit's very difficult to focus and
accurately click the picture. One of the good uses of Prizmo is for downloading
PDF images document and read them by converting them through OCR.

install the e speak from playstor and the required language package
for your device
once both the requirements got installed
just go to settings, speech settings, select e speak tts, and click
on general settings, select the required language from the dd box, u r
done

Hi Kriti,
1 method i follow is that i tell my what'sapp buddies to send me a
voice message followed by the image which needs to be described. See
if it works for your friends. Other than that, i really don't think
there is any way to know what the image is all about.
