regarding the issue? that is, is the restart process of the app which
had been force stopped quite simple? how can i restart the app when
required?

when you come out of an app, its still running in the background.
thats why you get any notifications regarding that app when ever they
come.
if you force stop an app, its not even running in the background, so
you wont get any of its notifications until you restart it, it even
wont consume your ra

apps? does it make using an app difficult after being force stopped?
how can an app be restarted after force stopping?
