I was also facing same issue while using moto e 1st generation when
ever I used to get any messages from my service provider talk back
used to go silent.
Just shut down your mobile pressing power button twice a day for
around 10 to 15 days regularly may be it will start
Talkback goes in to silent mode cause you usually keep your phone near your ear
for listening the conversation. Near the ear piece of every phone, there is a
special cencer called proximity cencer. And talkback is also configured to be
silence whenever any object is near the proximity cencer.

i cant streem video as that will finish my data off
