go to vigits page and drag the vigit power control to any of your homepage
since i havent faced any problam while transfering via bluetooth i
dont have an answer to your first question.

Please uninstall the google TTS update from the options Application
manager under setting.

i heard that, talks supports samson galaxy chat b 5330...
is what i heard true?
if at all talks supports this mobile is it fully accessible with talks?
and if we upgrade it into jb will it be still compateble with talks?
