Each of these:
$r->set_handlers(PerlHandler => 'My::Package');
$r->set_handlers(PerlHandler => 'My::Package::handler');
$r->set_handlers(PerlHandler => \&My::Package);
$r->set_handlers(PerlHandler => \&My::Package::handler);
give me:
[error] Can't set_handler with that value
