FYI, mod_perl2 on FreeBSD requires a couple of minor patches. The ones
for r16 are at
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/ports/www/mod_perl2/files/, while
the ones for r17 are currently still at
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=ports/7.
