Built a FreeBSD3.1-STABLE box and was also able to duplicate the
problem. So I really don't think it is a platform issue at this point.

All of the builds I have done have been static. So I guess that doesn't

do is point a IE4.0 browser at the https and pull up a documentation
page and then just click the heck out of it with the ctrl pressed so it
will refresh and wammo, usually less than 30secs and I have a hung
