I (Andrew Zhilenko, CPAN nickname MANOWAR) am a current co-maintainer of
the Authen::Radius module on CPAN. At the moment there is a whole group
of people in PortaOne doing the module's maintenance - but they cannot
upload the new versions to CPAN and waiting for me every time
was proposed for inclusion in the Module List:
