However it appears the HTML::Simple is registered to TOMC and unfortunately
there is nothing
done with it yet. Not sure what is TOMC

XML::Simple is widely hated by developers; you might be better looking at
something like XML::Twig or
/00modlist.long.html
When I click on the link to HTML::Simple which goes to:

That page reports "Module 'HTML::Simple' not found"
And yet this page:

has a link directly to the Simp
