I find it interesting that many e-bay poster sellers do indeed post
dark pictures of their posters on purpose to hide condition, originality
etc. Dave Lieberman mentioned this to me one time and I had never given it a
second thought before.

Todd's absolutely correct on this one. this is indeed a "fake" from
the 1960's or early 1970's. The shot of Frankenstein is from "Son" and
Karloff NEVER got top billing on any of the original release paper from
Frankenstein. Colin Clive got top billing, Karloff got fourth!
