It was from Paypal and addressed to me personally.
Said I had initiated a $400 paypal payment for an Omega watch.
Then said if I didn't buy this item - click dispute button at bottom
and go to Paypal to cancel.

I often say in many of myposts to the
groupthat there are poster collectors out there that most of us don't know
exist. Because I offer the framing on ebay, I ship about a thousand frames a
month, a large majority of them to collectors that are new or relatively
newto
Last time I looked, there were 21, 278 of which 14,121 were regular
buyers (i.e. purchased more than 4 items in a 12 month period).
And Dave, that is a trick question about the tootsie roll tootsie pop,
isn't it?
How does one qualify what a poster collector is? Is two a collection?
