I always use it to ask the seller to devalue the item for customs
because that's just how I roll. And then I thank them because I'm
polite. And if I know the seller, I will send a salutation or two.

This sounds like a proof copy of an advertisement on card stock that was
(machine) folded and inserted into subscription copies of weekly Variety at the
time. That's where I got mine from.
It's a very nice item because it features the original title, as well as the
different art designs.
