is there any market for used frames?
i have just removed several one sheets, and will be replacing them with
inserts and half sheets. since i use black metal frames with GLASS, it is
something i cannot ship.
i, also, have 2 three sheet frames with plexi.
i am in the jersey-nyc
today i measured 4 three sheet (framed) posters. none of them measured
the full 81 inches. 2 were less than 41 inches wide.
recently, i purchased a half sheet of the 40s THE THREE STRANGERS. it
measured 21 x 28, and was clearly not trimmed.

I can tell you from experience there usually isn't an interest in used
frames other than antique frames. However, your 3 sheet frames with plexiglass
should be an easy sell if they are in good condition. I have tons of customers
who routinely ask me to ship 3 sheet frames to
so far today, i received 5 inquiries from people within driving distance to
my house. in particular, two people want only the 3 sheet frames/plexi.
(one of my frames in the OS is plexi)
I DO HOWEVER PREFER GLASS..

all comics and related items are colored via computer many are
totally drawn within a computer
