personal information! I have verified that this email I received today
is NOT a joke or some weird form spam, but the real deal.
Grey, please ask your bosses to ask their attorneys if they really want to pick

Bruce,
While I applaud your honesty, transparency and leadership on the whole
problem of fakes, I am concerned about a couple of things you've said
you did recently:
some Empire Strikes Back mini-lobbies that he thought might be fake,
and we took them out and they clearly looked
Has anyone gotten a look at the new Christies poster auction catalog from
London? There are a couple of Universal pieces in the auction. I am wondering
if there were pieces that were known to be among the faked pieces. I am not
saying these Christie pieces are fake I am just wondering if anyone
Dear JR,
Heritage is not suing the Dallas Observer, only seeking discovery for our
Defamation and Civil Extortion lawsuit against Gary Hendershott and his
attorneys.
I will see if we can amend the order to exclude JR now that you have
identified yourself. Heritage is merely trying to learn
James,
I would hope afterALL THIS, will be the OPPORTUNITY to capitalize on this experience and make us ALL much smarter in detecting fakes. I have also collected and sold high end autographs for 30 years and you can imagine the “forgery” component with autographs, YIKES!. But, I can also tell

them to the FBI, it would surely have a chilling effect on my relationship
with my consignors, especially since I can't prove anything for 100%
certain.
Most people who make fakes would not consider sending me fakes, for I

We just signed up our 1600th member at MoviePosterBid.com
Another small milestone for us, this 100 members signed up at a
faster rate than the last 100 members did, who also signed up faster
than the previous 100 etc.
I expect we should hit the 2000 members mark sometime in 2010

Grey,
I get what this subpoena is about and why it was issued -- that is what
I object to. The law which says an internet site or other organization
can be forced to reveal its user's personal information when served with
a court order was obviously designed to help law enforcement catch
Maybe this is why I keep getting all these You have been outbid notices!!
