[MOPO] Bad taste E-Bay transaction -- any similar experiences

I recently sold a moderately expensive poster on Ebay ($150). I shipped priority mail the next day. About a week later the buyer stated he hadn't received the poster and asked for a tracking number. I checked the USPS tracking information, which stated the poster had been delivered. I also
