I just received this e-mail from an EBAY buyer who owes me for several
items he's purchased on the site:

While the email sounds way over the top, with the CAPS and all.. i
would guess this person is foreign, based on his sentence structure.
It certainly sounds like he got himself in, and realized he cannot
afford your items.
