I am using TPSRelW to slide semilandmarks. Once I have the consensus, I use
Save aligned to export the aligned coordinates (including slid
semilandmarks) as a tps file, that I want to import into MorphoJ.

I am performing a PLS regression between two sets of variables. The first
one are landmark coordinates of Procustes aligned specimens. The second one
are ecological variables. These ecological variables have different units.
Can I input these ecological variables in block 2 even if
I have an array (p x k x n) of landmark corrdinates for a set of specimens.
Some of them have missing landmarks (NA). I am trying to estimate these
landmarks using:
estimate.missing(nameofmyarray, method = "Reg")
And I get this error:
