I don't think this off-topic, but I apologize if everyone thinks it is.
I need QUICKLY to locate an article that has come out in the past few months
saying that despite all the money spent by the Feds on Reading First and
despite the fact there was about twice as much time spent on reading
OK, Here's another site with more definitive evidence. This appears to be
the final report and does show no significant gains in comprehension.

We're working on improving our secondary reading and writing support classes
and questions have come up over ideal class size. Does anyone have access to
some related research? Also, what is the typical class size in these classes?
Any help you can give me would be fantastic!
