This is another reason why I am Using Daily 5 it trains children to
read for long periods of time. It does not assume that children know
who to read. They work each day to read without any interruptions
longer and longer periods of time. My children really tried to beat
their time
I would use literature circles ..start with assigned student
roles...and then left them use sticky notes while reading because that
is when they need to make the connection.

Thanks Laura for the title. I love using this book because it is so very
user friendly. I can read a bit and then incorporate it right away. I think
it was about $20 and I had a local store order it for me.
