You might want to try www.librarything.com It's free up to a certain # of books, but then only a small fee for a lifetime membership with unlimited books. You can tag books with strategies or add things in the comment box. Also, I'm quite happy with their customer service. I had issues searching

Our high school has students do volunteer work as part of their civics class. I had 3 high school students use my Excell program to create a spreadsheet and type in titles of books, level, bin they were in (all were lettered A-Z), genre, and what teaching strategy the book could be used for.
