Leslie, If you know you are going to be out and you know who your sub is going to be and it is a sub you know you can trust, may I suggest that this is a perfect opportunity for bringing more art into your classroom? Perhaps some art/literacy integrations, or some math/art integrations. There

Does anyone have a brilliant plan for when you have to be out of the classroom? This year we have to be out of our classrooms for 3-hour blocks of time for professional development. It is impossible to leave a sub to juggle 3/4 separate reading groups. Does anyone have any resources or ideas
