Van Hapka of Warren called at 8:45 this morning to report a Snowy Owl sitting on a field drain pipe on 190th St and 310th Ave NW just south of Warren MN in Polk County. Around noon today, I spotted a Golden Eagle flying in the fields south of MN Hwy 1near 290th Ave NW (Marshall County). --
