[mou-net] Dakota and Goodhue Counties

Early this afternoon there was a Western Kingbird in Goodhue County on the north side of Highway 61, approximately 2.5 miles east of the Dakota County line. Between 2:00 and 2:30 this afternoon there were at least four Buff-breasted Sandpipers at the Jirik Sod Farm, located in Dakota County
