I am curious to know if Brownsville is filling with Tundra Swans yet. I'll
swing by on my way back from Iowa after Thanksgiving if there's been any

Late this afternoon an adult Glaucous Gull made an appearance on Lake
Calhoun in Minneapolis. I enjoyed watching it both in the water and on the
floating fishing pier at close range.

The solitaire was present, singing, and perched at the top
of a deciduous tree in the same area reported in past posts
at 1:00 p.m. Monday Nov. 14th.

This afternoon around 1:45 there was a Townsend's Solitaire in Powderhorn Park
in south
Minneapolis. It was on the steep hillside feeding in a crabapple tree. The tree
is near two
large cottonwood trees on the east side of the Lake. Someone flushed it
