I have eBird and NARBA alerts for a Yellow-billed Loon on Bde-maka-ska Lake in
Minneapolis on Dec 3, reportedly seem in the morning. But nothing from MOU
birders on this llistserv. Has anyone looked for this bird? Any information
would be welcome! Thanks!

While birders were trying to relocate a probable Pacific Loon spotted yesterday
evening by Matthew Zappa on Lake Bde Maka Ska (in Minneapolis), David House,
Jason Hedlund, and others photographed what is likely a YELLOW-BILLED LOON.
Here’s an eBird checklist with photos:
A few overwinter most winters in the southern part of the state. But not many,
so it's a nice bird to have around.PaulSent from my Galaxy

Is it unusual to still have a male white throated sparrow at my feeders? Seems
so late, but was a neat surprise this morning.
