I don’t know if they are headed for Brownsville, but all day long I heard and
saw dozens of groups of. Swans flying over my backwater cabin in the Weaver
Bottoms between Weaver and Kellogg. I suspect I will hear them well into this
evening before snow possibly begins.

I was at Brownsville today, and the swans are starting to show up.
There were a few hundred at the North Brownsville outlook. At the
south outlook, we saw Pelicans, maybe about 100. I am not experienced
in doing bird counts, so these are very rough estimates.

Hi all,
Has anyone been down to Brownsville to check out the Swan migration?
Any reports would be appreciated!

swan-watching south of Brownsville along the Mississippi River. Never to be

next few days. There were thousands of tundra swans, as
We're thinking about a swan-viewing trip to Brownsville sometime in the
next 4 days, so I'm looking for an update on swan numbers there. I
haven't seen anything posted on MnBird or MOU-net recently, and the FWS
hasn't yet posted the results of this week's aerial surveys
