You don't really need the certutil and keyutil, you can use the netscape
browser to do that (Communicator/Tools/Security Info). The cert7.db and
key3.db files will be somewhere in your netscape

I have an openldap server set-up with SSL and optional certificate-based
client authentication and I want to use ldapsearch on Win32 to use my
certificate and I got the following errors:
$ ldapsearch -Z -h tmmail.sse.ie -b 'dc=tmmail,dc=sse,dc=ie' -P
