Tabbed browser is working again in 2001102309 in W2K .. New Tab is a
blank page... which is fine by me.. maybe there is pref that it uses the
homepage or a blank page in the prefs.js file.

I've seen this on 2001-10-23-09 W2K and not really checked other builds
but have noticed password manager no longer is asking to save password
or is saving password by default.. there is bustage on this here.. not
sure what build date it started though.

I spoke too soon. Having looked at the bug again, after months of
