tags hwich verbotten in Mozilla/netscape6. IE even though is more
stanadrsds compliant than in the past does allow for backwards
compatible with previo

bet there will be a lot of very annoying bugs but that's something which
can be (mostly) fixed with frozen APIs and simply is not so important
for Mozilla 1.0.

server on my redhat server and kicked it into life, connected first
time.
