I'm building a server, which gets it's data through URL path, (not in the
query part).
Some URLs I use, which include _no_ illegal URL chars, cause the Netscape
4.76 browser on Win2K with SmartDownload3.1 installed to crash.
Removing the SmartDownload solves the problem.
