There could be 2 seperate issues

Please read trough older threads for the answer, it has been asked a few
times before (i did too). Anyway, if you have w2k you might try this, it
worked for me:
Start|Settings|Control Panel
Double Click 'Administrative Tools'
Double Click 'Services'
Double Click 'Remote Access Auto Connection Ma
I tried both Mozilla & Netscape6.2, and can't figure out for the life of,
why neither of these force windows to connect to my ISP.
I have looked in all the settings.
It's a major pain in the arse, to have to establish a connection manually
then open the browser.
