I was able to do the decoding about 30 minutes ago, thanks, it's on a
completely different server and I've just changed it, thanks again.

no master password set, here's the deal. I wanted to do my routine
password change on the server, so I did. I have an pw protected http
site. using Moz I visited it put in the site, stored the pw and went on
vacation (literally). Well my brain went on vacation and I can't
remember the pw.
