I've upgraded yasm to the latest , this fixes a race condition in cygwin and
possibly elsewhere and a few other mnor bits.
I've done the tuning for these cpu's
for x64 arch 64bit ABI only
k8 k102 bobcat netburst core2 penryn nehalem sandybridge atom

The release date for MPIR-2.5 was penciled in for 1st Sept , however we have
decided to put it back a month to 1st Oct to allow us to get some more code in
this release rather than wait for the MPIR-2.6 release on 1st Dec.
