I think the green light is given far too long a time for east bound traffic across Hiawatha and the green turn arrows for east bound turning north are largely not needed at all. I sit for what seems like 5 minutes at each light along Hiawatha and watch as the intersections are not used after

It's nice to have a knowledgeable "tourist" such as Andy Driscoll give an opinion on the fiasco that is the traffic signaling on Hiawatha. In this regular's opinion, a lot of the problem, for me, at least, could be solved if they would get rid of the red/green arrow signals controlling traffic wan
